Owner Assigns Value
In real estate, it’s not uncommon for property owners to have a different perception of their property's value compared to current market trends.
When this happens, I believe it’s important to respect the owner's feelings and opinions about their property. If an owner feels that their property is worth a certain amount, I have no reservations about listing it at that price, even if it doesn't align with market data.
This approach not only honors the owner's perspective but also creates an opportunity for negotiation and market exploration. Ultimately, the goal is to find a balance that satisfies both the owner and potential buyers, ensuring that the property has the best chance of selling while reflecting the owner’s valuation. In this way, we can work together to navigate the complexities of the real estate market.
